About this project

Located on the former Palm Dairy site with its milk bar and classic orange hub capped delivery vans, at the heart of a young and vibrant community, 3333 encapsulates the playfulness and character of this dynamic neighbourhood. Each fa├žade of this mixed-use project addresses and responds to its context. Solar vacuum tubes provide domestic hot water and a playful roofscape, and helps achieve LEED Silver (Equivalent).

The parkette, designed by Hapa Collaborative, is a significant contributor to the success of the project and reinforces its place in the community.
